Shelly Group SE (the “Company”) is committed to making the content published on Shelly Hub accessible and user-friendly to all of its visitors, including those who require technical assistance due to their personal physical condition.
Conformance standard
Shelly Hub is compliant with the WCAG 2.1 accessibility standard, Level AA. The compliance review with accessibility requirements is based on internal audits run by our quality team and tests using screen readers (NVDA, VoiceOver) and keyboard-only navigation.
Tools that support accessibility
To ensure accessibility, the Company has implemented its own digital tool on Shelly Hub which technically adapts content so that it is accessible to visitors with various types of disabilities (for example, increased contrast, scalable text, and alternatives for visual content).
Report an accessibility issue
If you are having difficulty viewing or navigating the content on Shelly Hub, or you notice any content, feature or functionality that you believe is not fully accessible to people with disabilities, please send an email to support@shelly.cloud with the subject “Disabled Access” and a description of the specific feature you feel is not fully accessible — or a suggestion for improvement.
Response time
Expected response time: within 7 (seven) business days of receipt of the email by the Company.
The Company accepts and takes into account all feedback when assessing the needs of its users in order to keep Shelly Hub accessible.
